| SnapHire | Legacy | SnapHire ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2021 | 2022 |
In 2021, Genesis Energy integrated SnapHire ATS, deploying the Applicant Tracking System to rationalize recruitment intake and feed structured onboarding workflows into the HR environment. The SnapHire ATS implementation formed part of a broader HR modernization that included SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 to establish a single HR master data layer and a repeatable new hire journey.
Implementation scope centered on core HR and recruitment functions, with configuration work on employee master data, onboarding workflows, and digital compliance capture. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central provided the HR master data backbone while SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 was configured to orchestrate induction steps, and custom KiwiSaver and IRD forms were created with digital signature capability to collect mandatory compliance information online.
Integration architecture linked SnapHire ATS to SuccessFactors Onboarding and Employee Central to harmonize candidate and new hire records, eliminate duplicate data entry, and automate the handoff from recruiting to HR administration. Operational coverage included HR and administration teams in Auckland, New Zealand, with process flows designed to standardize induction activities and collect compliance artifacts as part of the automated onboarding sequence.
Governance and process changes formalized a repeatable onboarding workflow and reduced manual documentation tasks for HR staff. Outcomes reported include a comprehensive and uniform onboarding experience for every new joiner, reduced time and effort for HR to complete new employee documentation, and harmonised data between systems without duplication.

In 2014, Genesis Energy implemented IBM Maximo CMMS as its core Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) platform. The deployment targeted scheme and equipment asset domains supporting Genesis Energy operations in the Waikato region, and it was centered in the Reliability Engineering and Asset Management functions.
