Integrations centered on tight operational coupling between the Insight Works data collection and manufacturing modules and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS to ensure transactional consistency and traceability from receipt through production and dispatch. Operational scope covered production planning, shop floor execution, inventory control, quality and logistics, with mobile devices used for material receipt and live tracking to eliminate manual paperwork and delayed data flows.
Governance and rollout required remedial vendor engagement when the initial deployment by a third party reached roughly eighty percent completion, prompting Insight Works to provide onsite engineering support to finalize configuration and enable continuous production. The implemented solution improved data accuracy through automated collection and inventory visibility, strengthened traceability for compliance and quality control, and provided an adaptable ERP Financial platform that supports Sotech United Kingdoms bespoke manufacturing model while reinforcing the support relationship with Insight Works.
