JLL Technologies executed integration design and development, delivering 12 integrations including Portfolio, People, and Financial Data feeds to ensure transactional and master data flow into Rice University Enterprise Resource Planning. The solution also ingested Siemens asset data where applicable, and JLLT continues to provide managed services for continuous application support and upgrades, preserving synchronization between TRIRIGA and the university financial systems.
Governance and process restructuring were formalized through a jointly developed technology roadmap for a UI UX Space App and Facility Condition Assessment enhancements, and by standardizing end to end processes for task intake, crew assignment, inter departmental billing, and customer satisfaction surveys. The Project Management and Engineering organization moved from spreadsheet based local processes to standardized application driven workflows for capital budgeting and work assignment, improving cross departmental collaboration on space and asset activities.
Outcomes from the IBM Tririga Real Estate Management implementation include a one stop service request solution for Facilities Engineering and Planning and confidence in data that is current complete and accurate. Operational highlights include mobile enabled operations, completion of over 100,000 work tasks through the CMMS, support for sustainability and compliance reporting through reliable solution data, and an integrated platform that positions Rice University to extend capabilities for move management space scheduling and other dynamic space planning objectives.
