Governance and workflow restructuring established collaborative processes so multiple departments work on a single commercial plan, with building block capture to trace where adjustments originate and the rationale driving plans. The rollout emphasised shorter forecast cycles, reduction of manual work, and tighter data control to enable more frequent planning iterations and faster analysis. Reported outcomes include shorter plan cycles, dynamic reporting and visually rich analysis such as sales matrix by customer and product by revenue variance, and more accurate volumes feeding supply and site budget processes.
