Documented outcomes from the engagement included consolidation of the 12 spreadsheet process into one template, a reduction in the headcount required to maintain planning from five people to two people, the ability to refresh forecasts in five minutes during meetings, and reported forecast accuracy of approximately 90 to 95 percent. Vena CPM and the EPM configuration were positioned to support ongoing organizational alignment and faster, standardized financial reporting.
