Operational scope targeted clinical and nonclinical workforces, tracking eLearning and compliance for doctors, nurses, and other employees across Apollo Hospitals networked sites, which the client documents as over 40,000 employees across 71 locations. Governance and process redesign accompanied the technical work to enable a paperless HR objective and an end to end paperless PMS experience, including an automated letter generation process that produced over 30,000 PMS letters in 25 formats and a Sierra-Cedar delivered barcode and digital signature solution to prevent fake or duplicate letters. Post production, Sierra-Cedar has provided optimization services and ongoing support, and the program continues with implementations of Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. | |
