Governance and process redesign accompanied the technical work to enable a paperless HR objective and an end to end paperless PMS experience, including an automated letter generation process that produced over 30,000 PMS letters in 25 formats and a Sierra-Cedar delivered barcode and digital signature solution to prevent fake or duplicate letters. Post production, Sierra-Cedar has provided optimization services and ongoing support, and the program continues with implementations of Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. | |

Governance and process changes focused on standardizing business processes, automating the performance appraisal cycle, and centralizing HR letter generation and record keeping, with Sierra-Cedar operating as the implementation and ongoing support partner. Oracle Learning Cloud went live on 1 July 2021 as part of the rollout sequence.
