Architecturally the program moved PeopleSoft from an aging on-premises data center that lacked an effective Disaster Recovery solution into an OCI-based hosting architecture, leveraging Oracle IaaS and PaaS patterns for compute, storage and platform services. The migration approach included mock cutovers and automated test validation to prove environment parity and to validate each migration iteration, supporting enterprise operational coverage for CHW's PeopleSoft instances and IT operations teams. Governance and process changes were formalized through training, test framework adoption and advisory services on cloud infrastructure architecture and best practices provided by SpearMC and OCI experts.
