Functional modules configured included Master Data Management with governance rules, Warehouse Management with standardized reception and shipping processes, Purchase Management with automatic purchase proposals based on order points, Point of Sales integrated to e commerce for in store sales and pickups, inventory value monitoring and tax and currency handling for domestic taxable and foreign tax free sales. Odoo Project Management was used as the project management and customer service tool, providing task scheduling, issue tracking, project resources and a Help Desk for end customers. Integrations and operational coverage tied the Oulu terminal warehousing operations to all three webshops and the Odoo POS terminal, so product availability and automatic goods issue updates flow in real time to each online store. The web shop integration was explicitly implemented with Vilkas Group Oy, while Sprintit Oy delivered the Odoo configuration and small bespoke enhancements required for product variants and multi site publishing. Customer and product images, pricing rules and price lists were propagated from the centralized product master into each storefront and into POS, so prices are entered once and consumed everywhere. Master data governance was formalized with automatic duplication prevention, fixed values and defined responsibilities for maintenance, supporting consistent product variant management and package size handling. Outcomes reported by the company include centralized product data management across several web shops, improved purchasing through automated purchase proposals, automatic stock updates between warehousing and e commerce and adoption of collaboration tools such as Odoo Chat and Help Desk.
