CAF Bank | Banking and Financial Services | 181 | $60M | United Kingdom | Temenos | Temenos Infinity | Digital Banking | 2019 |
In 2019, CAF Bank implemented Temenos Infinity as part of a targeted Digital Banking initiative to upgrade its online and mobile customer channels. The program sat within a broader business change and IT transformation programme managed with Syncordis, and it ran alongside a core banking upgrade to Temenos T24 and an online banking platform refresh referenced in project documentation.
The Temenos Infinity deployment focused on provisioning a new online banking platform and a mobile app upgrade, with Business Analyst work to capture high and low level requirements, create step by step process maps, and author Business Requirement Documents for multiple banking departments. Requirement management practices included writing user stories and applying MoSCoW prioritisation to sequence functional deliveries, supporting standard Digital Banking workflows such as account servicing, customer authentication flows, and channel orchestration.
Architecturally the implementation integrated Temenos Infinity as the digital front end with Temenos T24 as the core banking back end, with Syncordis engaged as systems integrator to coordinate technical integration and deployment activities. Operational scope covered multiple banking departments and teams responsible for operations, IT, product, and customer service, reflecting department restructures documented in the programme.
Governance and rollout were executed through the bank’s business change programme, with the Business Analyst providing status reporting to project managers, business owners, Temenos, and Syncordis. The project artifacts and governance tasks recorded included BRDs, process maps, stakeholder analysis, and regular progress reporting during the documented contract period of March 2021 to November 2021.

Santander Bank | Banking and Financial Services | 211141 | $63.1B | Spain | Temenos | Temenos T24 | Core Banking | 2021 |
In 2021, Santander Bank implemented Temenos T24 to establish a cloud-native core platform as part of a Core Banking program for Santander International. The effort initiated a targeted platform transformation to support the bank’s banking, savings and mortgage product lines and to improve digital customer journeys for mortgage products with plans to extend the digital platform across all business lines.
The deployment uses Temenos T24 delivered as Temenos SaaS with pre-configured banking and mortgages functionality, applying Core Banking capabilities for account and product servicing, loan and mortgage workflow support, and digital customer journey orchestration. The configuration emphasis is on pre-built banking modules and API-first componentization to accelerate product configuration and launch cycles.
Architecturally the implementation is cloud-native on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Temenos SaaS for resilience and elastic scalability, and exposing API-first interfaces to a new digital banking ecosystem. Temenos T24 as a centralized core supports integration patterns typical of cloud Core Banking platforms and is positioned to provide security and operational stability through the Azure platform.
Syncordis served as the system integrator and led an agile implementation approach for Santander International, covering operations in Jersey and the Isle of Man. The program is positioned to reduce operating costs, improve customer experience, accelerate time to market for new products and enable efficient scaling as the bank extends the platform across additional business lines.
