In 2019, Condumex Mexico implemented SAP Commerce Cloud (ex Hybris) for eCommerce. The engagement was executed with Tag Consulting and centered on provisioning SAP Hybris Commerce Platform version 6.4.0 as the primary commerce engine.
The implementation included installation and configuration of the SAP Hybris Commerce Platform and DataHub to enable synchronous data flows. Functional capabilities implemented comprised replication of materials and customer master data into Commerce, upload and processing of iDocs within the commerce environment, and configuration work around Hybris C4C including creation of employees and business users, user roles, and permission sets.
Integrations focused on a direct connection between S/4HANA and SAP Commerce Cloud through DataHub, supporting material and customer replication patterns documented in the project scope. S/4HANA administration activities performed during the program included creation of users, management of roles and profiles, and SAP GUI installation to support system access for administrators and business users.
Governance and operational rollout emphasized role based access control, mapping of reports to work center views and business roles, and end user training to operationalize the storefront and customer engagement flows. Tag Consulting delivered the technical installation and configuration, while internal teams received role assignments and training to operate the SAP Commerce Cloud (ex Hybris) eCommerce application.

In 2019 Condumex Mexico implemented SAP S/4 HANA - Procurement Module to consolidate procurement and P2P operations. Tag Consulting acted as the SAP P2P leader and system integrator, delivering a greenfield implementation on SAP S/4HANA release 1511 within an SAP for Mill Products and NF Metal environment managed with SOLMAN, and driving the program from RFP preparation through go-live and hypercare.
The implementation covered core Procurement category functionality and adjacent Materials Management and Warehouse Management capabilities. Delivered configuration workstreams included MM organizational structure, purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification, external service management, release strategy for purchase documents, split valuation, automatic account determination, pricing determination with condition types, access sequences, condition tables and schema group, material types, document types, number ranges, allowed item categories and screen layouts for RFQ, outline agreement, purchase requisition and purchase order. Special business processes configured included consignment, subcontracting and stock transport order, plus Batch Management setup and physical inventory and cycle counting procedures.
Data migration and integration work reflected enterprise procurement operations, validation and testing of FIORI apps for sourcing and procurement, and master data loads using custom Z programs and LSMW for materials master, business partner vendor, info records and initial stock. Inventory movements were automated to connect interfaces to Non-SAP systems, integration test scripts for the MM interface were designed, and functional and technical specifications were prepared to support development and testing.
Governance and rollout activities were executed by the P2P delivery team, including solution design, business blueprint, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover planning, go-live and hypercare. The project included preparation of unit and integration tests, user manuals and targeted training for business process owners to operationalize Procurement and Materials Management workflows under SAP S/4 HANA - Procurement Module.
