Functional delivery included creation and review of business acceptance test cases, defect tracking and test deliverables, and preparation of overall effort estimates for SIT, reflecting standard Portfolio and Investment Management testing practices.
Integration and operational coverage included SFTP test execution for file-based feeds and coordinated offshore test case development and execution, driven from the Toronto site. Testing scope and execution were organized around SIT and business acceptance milestones, with daily and weekly status reporting to synchronize cross-team activities and to communicate risks.
