Governance and rollout sequencing were contract driven, the five year engagement set its first delivery phase to Q1 2018 and defined ongoing managed service responsibilities for Zalaris. The program restructured HR and payroll operational workflows toward cloud based service delivery, mobile first employee interactions and consolidated HR analytics and workforce planning capability.
The public announcement framed the contract as a recognition of Zalaris' ability to deliver digitalized HR solutions to large complex organizations, noting objectives around efficiency, strategic workforce planning and regulatory compliance.
