Governance shifted to a centralized accounts model driven by the Group CIO and board mandate, reducing manual reconciliation workflows and improving confidence in financial accuracy. Atos provided best-practice guidance and certified SuccessFactors consultants to drive data consolidation, template configuration, and the group-wide process harmonization required for a common HR operating model. Governance and rollout focused on process standardization, reduced manual workloads for HR, and faster consolidated reporting of headcount and workforce metrics. Outcomes documented in the program included employee access to more than 700 learning courses, clearer performance feedback and goals, automation of compensation workflows to support a recognition culture, simpler identification of internal successors, and a scalable platform that shortened acquisition integration timelines from years to weeks.
