Operational coverage spanned approximately 23,000 employees across 35 sites in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Poland, and the platform integrated the listed SuccessFactors modules to support consolidated people analytics and reporting. Atos provided best-practice guidance and certified SuccessFactors consultants to drive data consolidation, template configuration, and the group-wide process harmonization required for a common HR operating model.
