Governance and rollout practices emphasized security configuration, complex report development, iterative testing, and periodic upgrade management, including semi-annual and weekly Workday release deployments. The Sr. HRIS Analyst role reported to the Sr. Director of HR Technology and was tasked with identifying automation opportunities, streamlining reporting, and executing system upgrades and enhancements within the Workday Absence Management environment.
