In 2021, DPG Media Group implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial solution. The deployment included go-live activity and support focused on Denmark and the Netherlands, aligning the application with the companys regional finance operations.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations was configured to address core ERP Financial workflows, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, multicurrency accounting and statutory localizations typical for Dutch and Danish reporting. Configuration work emphasized period close automation, chart of accounts harmonization across entities and intercompany accounting to support consolidated financial processes across jurisdictions.
The program was executed as an end-to-end development and go-live support engagement, with on-the-ground cutover assistance and post-go-live operational stabilization for finance and accounting teams in the two countries. Governance focused on staged release and operational handover to local finance stakeholders, combined with ongoing application support cycles to sustain transactional processing and statutory compliance.

| Zendesk | Legacy | Zendesk Explore | Analytics and BI | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, DPG Media Group deployed Zendesk Explore as the analytics layer of its Zendesk platform to centralize reporting and visibility across employee-facing and consumer-facing support operations. The implementation covered facility, finance, and customer service teams and supported a help center that receives about 4,000 views per month and is used by 1,600 employees daily, while the broader support operation processes roughly 2,000 tickets per month.
Zendesk Explore was configured to deliver dashboards, scheduled reporting, contact history analytics, CSAT tracking, and ticket lifecycle metrics, leveraging Analytics and BI capabilities to surface operational bottlenecks and support decision making. The analytics implementation emphasized report-driven workflows, enabling teams to track time registration, measure resolution timelines, and monitor brand-specific service levels.
The deployment integrated analytics outputs with operational workflows rather than introducing named third party systems, and Premium Plus acted as the implementation partner providing a dedicated coordinator to advise on feature adoption and continuous optimization. Reports from Zendesk Explore directly informed process changes such as automating package handling through a Bring me box solution and orchestrating task assignments into maintenance calendars where time registration ties to the correct cost center.
Governance focused on centralized reporting, role-based assignment and templated workflows to enable scale across multiple media brands, including single-step rollout of GDPR handling and per-brand theming for customer communications. The project produced explicit operational signals, including an External CSAT of 86% and Internal CSAT of 92%, and established an analytics-driven cadence for ongoing service optimization using Zendesk Explore.
