Data conversion and mapping activities used EIB and iLoad to bring financial and transactional data into Workday, including specific conversion work from Oracle system datasets into Workday, and report-driven outputs were used for validation and reconciliation.
Program governance included prototype system demonstrations, structured test scripting and client-assisted testing, and ongoing support ownership for Workday functional issues via support ticket handling and Foot Prints. The delivery emphasized configuration-driven process controls and operational handoffs to HR and payroll teams, with consultants responsible for resolving functional defects and testing step-up authentication for domains containing sensitive employee data.
