Governance changes included centralized HR governance and process standardization to support rollout and ongoing configuration management, with bank leadership citing continued digitalization using SAP solutions. The deployment received industry recognition, winning the Leading Technologies in the CIS nomination at the SAP Quality Awards 2019 and Best HR digital project at HRTECH 2019, with judges and the bank highlighting successful localization and effective use of the SAP SuccessFactors personnel management system and its contribution to faster customer responsiveness and employee career growth. |
