The project emphasized operational visibility of important care information and standardized documentation practices across in home care visits. Acclaim reported that the AlayaCare home care software solution helped increase margins and improve outcomes while enhancing visibility into client care data. Governance activities included configuring clinical documentation standards and back office processes to support ongoing care management and billing workflows.
