In 2014 ADESA implemented SAP Concur Expense to centralize Expense Management across Dealer Services and corporate travel. The deployment of SAP Concur Expense established standardized expense reporting and travel booking workflows used by dealer-facing teams and finance, aligning expense capture and approval with operational dealer support processes.
The implementation configured core expense reporting, travel coordination for international and multi-city itineraries, document inquiry handling, and approval routing within the SAP Concur system. Operational execution included verifying dealers' identity and account information, assisting dealers with document, title, payment, and vehicle inquiries, troubleshooting dealers' computers for proper LiveBlock feed access, and educating dealers on payment procedures and expected processing time frames. Governance and workflow changes emphasized shared approval paths between Dealer Services and Finance, centralized travel coordination for business partners, and use of SAP Concur Expense as the authoritative system for expense and travel documentation.

| Equifax | Legacy | Equifax I-9 Management | HR Compliance | HCM | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, ADESA implemented Equifax I-9 Management to centralize statutory I-9 processing and record retention under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. The deployment targeted HR Compliance requirements by enabling electronic storage and retrieval of federal I-9 forms and instituting automated monitoring and verification workflows for new hires.
The Equifax I-9 Management implementation delivered core capabilities for electronic I-9 storage, document imaging and retrieval, compliance monitoring, and user-driven verification workflows. The technical implementation used a Microsoft stack with .Net Framework and ASP.Net for the application surface, WCF for service layers, C#.Net for business logic, JavaScript and jQuery for client-side interactions, a Factory Model ORM, and Oracle 11g with PL/SQL as the data persistence layer.
Operational integration required coordination with TALX and UST managers, database administrators, network administrators, and application users across ADESA departments, and the primary rollout included the ADESA Saint Louis, MI site. The implementation was provisioned into test environments and progressed through structured user acceptance testing, with troubleshooting and iterative bug fixes to stabilize the application prior to broader use.
Governance-centered activities emphasized confidentiality of personnel records, controlled deployments into test and production environments, and documented change management tied to code revisions and approved modifications. The project removed paper I-9 storage as part of its stated objectives, and ongoing operational stewardship included application support, monitoring for compliance, and cross-functional coordination between HR and IT.
