The program covered finance led pricing and revenue management processes across the carrier's European operations, and Sabre and Aegean reported uplifts attributed to improved forecasting accuracy and analyst productivity.

Integration work explicitly included coexisting with AEGEAN s existing e-commerce systems, enabling the Amadeus e-Commerce Suite to operate alongside current web storefronts and online sales processes. Operational coverage spanned commercial and operations functions, aligning reservations, inventory and departure control teams on a unified platform to support booking and distribution workflows. Governance was structured around the decade long IT partnership, providing a program level relationship with Amadeus for platform evolution and operational alignment. The deployment emphasized central customer management and unified operational processes while preserving parallel operation of existing online systems to incrementally drive online sales improvements.
