| Oracle | Intuit QuickBooks Desktop | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, Affinitiv implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP. The deployment replaced Intuit QuickBooks Desktop and established a centralized ERP Financial platform for corporate accounting and transaction processing.
The implementation consolidated five acquired companies into a single NetSuite Org, coordinating finance system merges, unified chart of accounts alignment, and multi-entity financial consolidation. Functional capabilities implemented included core accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial consolidation consistent with ERP Financial requirements.
Affinitiv moved its CPQ from NetSuite into Salesforce while maintaining Oracle NetSuite ERP as the financial system of record, and the company developed full integrations from CRM and CPQ in Salesforce into NetSuite. Integrations also extended to Zendesk and other internal systems, with data flows designed to synchronize contracted product packages and offerings from Salesforce into NetSuite for order to cash processing.
Governance and operational rollout were managed by a director of the middle office who coordinated Business Systems activities and led a development team to deliver the software integration. The program centralized product catalog and contract-to-cash workflows, aligned cross-functional processes between sales, finance, and support, and established a single NetSuite Org as the authoritative ERP Financial system.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP Concur Travel | Travel Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Affinitiv implemented SAP Concur Travel for Travel Management. The deployment established a centrally administered Concur instance with a designated Travel Manager based in Clearwater, FL who functions as Concur system administrator, travel arranger, final expense approver, and Cognos report processor.
Configuration covered standard Travel Management workflows including travel booking orchestration, expense report processing, approval routing, policy enforcement, and reporting. The Travel Manager handled SAE data compilation for loading to NetSuite and prepared reimbursement files for the HRIS, while producing monthly T&E and policy exception reports for Executive Leadership using Cognos and PivotTables.
Integrations explicitly include NetSuite for spend posting and HRIS for reimbursement processing, Cognos for enterprise reporting, and Motus for mileage tracking and reimbursement rate adjustments. Operational coverage spanned finance driven expense processing, HR payroll interfaces for reimbursements, and procurement oriented vendor management including negotiated airline, hotel, and rental car agreements to reduce lodging and travel cost and direct travelers to preferred properties.
Governance centered on a single approver workflow with the Travel Manager as final expense approver, ongoing policy compliance monitoring, and regular training during onboarding and policy changes. The implementation also incorporated continuous improvement activities for the travel program and operational support for Motus administration to ensure mileage accuracy and reimbursements.

In 2019, Affinitiv implemented Microsoft Power BI for Analytics and BI to support Sales Operations and to centralize reporting for its sales organization. Microsoft Power BI was positioned as the primary visualization and reporting layer to translate underlying sales data into dashboards and operational reports for sales, marketing, and compensation stakeholders.
The implementation focused on authoring and enhancing Power BI dashboards and developing automated Salesforce reporting, tracking revenue, bookings, performance, churn, retention, and product penetration. Workstreams included detailed source analysis, data mappings and transformations, scheduled data refreshes, data uploads, and substantive data wrangling to normalize variables that improve insight fidelity. Affinitiv used Microsoft Power BI to define and surface key performance indicators and to support feature development for future Salesforce enhancements.
Integrations and operational coverage explicitly included Salesforce and HubSpot as data sources, plus downstream administrative support across Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Inbox related questions. The architecture incorporated Power Automate to design automated flows that achieve auto refresh, auto archive, and on-time delivery of developed reports and dashboards. Operational scope covered the Affinitiv sales organization and cross-functional partners including marketing and sales compensation in the United States.
Governance activities centered on regular data audits, identification and remediation of data quality issues, updating account owner and attribute data within Salesforce, and supporting incoming Salesforce support cases. Reporting governance also emphasized scheduled refresh cadence, data lineage through mappings, and KPI definitions to align sales, marketing, and compensation processes with the Microsoft Power BI reporting layer.
