The work was organized to integrate transaction processing across finance and accounting touch points, and to enable standardized financial reporting and audit trails across Afterpays Australia operations. Governance and rollout were structured around a solution architecture led approach, with the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant and Solution Architect driving design decisions, cross functional finance and IT working groups governing configuration changes, and staged cutover sequencing to minimize finance close disruption. Documentation and process mapping supported operational handover to finance teams and established ongoing application stewardship protocols.
