The program included development of custom reports, automated workflows and catalog items, and master data review and enhancement to support consistent case routing and SLA-aware HR processes. Integrations were managed with internal and external applications to route HR requests and exchange master data, and solutions were tested through formal UAT cycles. Operational coverage extended across Ahold Delhaize Belgium departments and was supported locally in Brussels and surrounding areas, with the ServiceNow HR instance used in conjunction with broader ServiceNow modules to handle end-to-end HR and cross-functional service requests. Governance and rollout activities were led by a ServiceNow Product Owner role that authored specifications and training materials, conducted testing and UAT coordination, trained users and provided ongoing support. Process enhancement work included refining business and technical processes to align HR case workflows with enterprise incident and request handling practices, enabling departmental teams to build and maintain their own ServiceNow solutions.

The implementation integrated SAP Retail workflows with enterprise finance and procurement processes and with store level sales and point of sale orchestration to support automated replenishment and order to cash handoffs. Governance was established through the CoE model, using Purchase to Pay and Supply Chain domain leads to enforce master data standards, change control and release management, and to coordinate phased rollouts across stores and distribution operations. Continuous role continuity, evidenced by a Senior SAP Retail business analyst from December 2016 through mid 2020 and subsequent Domain Lead tenure, supported sustained configuration management, process documentation and operational handover.
