| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2009 | 2009 |
In 2009 Air Liquide Singapore reimplemented Oracle E-Business Suite as part of an Asia Pacific convergence project covering China, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Brunei, delivering a standardized ERP Financial footprint across the region. The engagement was a reimplementation of Oracle APPS R12 with a redesigned chart of accounts to unify financial reporting and transaction capture across participating countries.
The implementation covered core financial and operational modules including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Project Costing, Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory and Project Accounting. Workstreams included GL setups and testing of business flows such as journals, mass allocation, budgeting, revaluation, consolidation and FSG reports, procure to pay cycles for catalogue and non catalogue items, procure to pay flows for fixed assets and projects, mass additions for fixed assets and building approval hierarchies for requisitions and PO approvals.
Technical and data migration activities used Oracle APPS R12 on Oracle 11g database with SQL Server in the technical landscape, employing FNDLOAD to extract and load menus and responsibilities and ADI for opening balance journals. The project produced scripts to upload item categories, migrate subinventories, migrate internal bank accounts and bank access, assign payment documents and accounts, migrate requisition templates and project templates including tasks, key members, classifications, quick entries, structure, currency and transaction control.
Program governance emphasized global-converged configuration standards, country-level setup and functional testing, and coordinated cutover tasks for master data and project templates. Operational coverage focused on finance, procurement, inventory and project control teams, with user support for iProcurement, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Project Accounting and General Ledger, and reconciliation of migrated project expenses as part of go live validation.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2021 |
In 2019, Air Liquide Singapore deployed Workday Compensation as its Compensation Management application. The deployment was executed within an Asia Pacific cluster program led by Singapore and East Asia Pacific HR leadership, aligning the Singapore entity with a broader APAC Workday HCM roadmap across the region.
Workday Compensation was configured alongside Workday Advanced Compensation and core HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Adaptive Planning to centralize rewards administration. Configuration emphasized total rewards workflows, manager self service for compensation planning, variable pay and merit cycles, eligibility rules, and approval routing to support structured compensation cycles. The implementation established Workday Compensation as the central compensation data store to enable manager and employee self service for salary actions and rewards administration.
Integrations connected Workday Compensation into the enterprise HCM fabric through Core HR and Payroll, and the MyHR employee surface was exposed through Microsoft Teams to deliver mobile and self service access for employees to manage compensation and related HR transactions. Operational ownership included Singapore HR, Total Rewards, Talent and Change Management, Employee Experience, Digital Solutions, and Finance for workforce planning and budget alignment. The deployment covered the Singapore site and fed compensation data into APAC cluster reporting and planning processes.
Governance and rollout were overseen by EAP Cluster and Singapore HR business partners, with structured change management, manager enablement, and close collaboration with Finance to align budgets and workforce planning. The Workday Compensation deployment contributed to a single source of real time HR data and improved visibility across compensation cycles as part of the APAC Workday adoption, leveraging platform capabilities such as machine learning driven workforce insights. Training, policy alignment, and compliance with local legislative and regulatory requirements were emphasized during the rollout.
