| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2015 | 2016 |
In 2015 Airswift migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations as its ERP Financial platform, consolidating core finance and accounting processes across the business. The implementation was executed with a focus on North America, South America, and APAC, and the project team assisted Prod Ware with Dynamics 365 setup for Europe and the Middle East prior to their go live.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations was configured to support general ledger processing, trial balance upload and mapping, intercompany journal posting, fixed asset depreciation schedules, and management accounts preparation. The implementation included margin reporting for U.S. and Canada that used foreign exchange rates to calculate international margins, month end balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and provisions workflows, and the calculation and filing of goods and services tax for Canadian operations.
Operational integrations and coverage included coordination with payroll teams and external payroll providers to ensure payroll tax accounting and queries were handled within the new system, and transfer of legacy data by verifying new balance sheet and profit and loss account mappings then posting trial balances into Dynamics 365. The rollout included end user training for regional accounting teams, notably training Singapore accountants on journal posting, report execution, and populating the new margin report, and distribution of monthly margin reporting to Central Finance for group management accounts.
Governance and process changes were formalized through the development and maintenance of financial procedures tied to the new system, a defined audit contact point to respond to information requests, and coordinated monthly forecasting and overhead analysis workflows with management. The project accountancy team reported a successful migration from Sage 200 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations for North America, South America, and APAC, and supported regional configuration efforts ahead of additional go lives.

In 2018, Airswift implemented Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System and CRM on their website, embedding applicant intake and candidate management into their public careers flows. The Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System and CRM deployment established a centralized recruitment and client engagement layer to support sourcing, candidate assessment, and commercial relationship tracking.
The Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System and CRM was configured to deliver Applicant Tracking System,Candidate Relationship Management capabilities including a centralized candidate database, job requisition publishing, resume parsing and profile enrichment, configurable candidate pipelines and interview scheduling workflows, plus CRM account and contact management for client engagement. Configuration focused on standard recruitment workflows, talent pools, activity tracking, and reporting constructs common to ATS and CRM convergence.
Operationally the solution captured applications via website forms and routed records into recruiter and account team queues inside Bullhorn, enabling candidate lifecycle management and CRM activity to coexist in a single platform. The implementation used Bullhorn’s web integration surface to surface candidate records to recruiting teams and to maintain a persistent CRM view of client interactions across sourcing and placements.
Governance emphasized standardized recruiting processes, role based access controls, and a unified data model linking candidate records to client accounts, with phased rollout to recruiting and commercial teams to consolidate sourcing and client activity under the Bullhorn platform.
