In 2022, Alison integrated Welliba Employee Experience by embedding the Welliba EX Snapshot into its learning platform, establishing a direct connection between learner L&D workflows and wellbeing signals. The Welliba Employee Experience deployment targeted the Employee Experience category and was designed to surface personalised wellbeing and learning recommendations alongside Alison course content.
The implementation focused on two core capabilities, the EX Snapshot assessment and a recommendations engine that maps wellbeing inputs to tailored development content. Configuration work centered on embedding assessment prompts into learner journeys, routing personalized L&D suggestions to users, and surfacing aggregate wellbeing indicators for platform administrators.
Integration occurred within Alison's existing learning platform, enabling learner wellbeing and L&D signals to operate as part of the course enrollment and recommendation flow, with global reach to Alison's learner base. The effort directly impacted learning and development and learner wellbeing functions, driving platform-level engagement and content consumption.
Operational reporting delivered aggregate insights for Alison on learner wellbeing and learning impact, and the integration drove thousands of learners to complete tailored development content with 20,817 course completions reported. The narrative reflects a focused Employee Experience implementation by Welliba that combined in-platform assessment, personalized recommendation delivery, and centralized insight for Alison's L&D governance.
