| Intuit | Legacy | Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011 Allegiance Health Management implemented Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise as its ERP Financial application to support human resources and payroll administration. The deployment centralized core financial and payroll recordkeeping within Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise for a workforce of approximately 2,000 employees, establishing a single system of record for tax and payroll data.
The implementation was configured to capture new hire and ongoing personnel data, including tax forms, direct deposit enrollment, I 9 documentation, insurance forms and workers compensation codes. QuickBooks was used to record salary, address, marital status, rate of pay and job title changes, and to maintain employee-related ledgers alongside operational workbooks such as a master spreadsheet, 401k spreadsheet and benefits spreadsheet.
Operational coverage extended across HR, payroll, benefits coordination, IT, program directors and office managers, with daily interactions to resolve employee issues, deliver reports and email forms. Processes included filling employee verifications, wage statements and unemployment forms for intensive outpatient programs, faxing required documents to external institutions and scanning insurance forms to insurance representatives and the insurance coordinator, while retaining physical personnel files.
Governance and workflow relied on a formal employee change form to route personnel updates to payroll, insurance coordination and IT, and on consistent scanning and filing practices to keep personnel files current with regulations. Recruiting and labor sourcing activities remained integrated into operational processes, with the HR team posting jobs to university and college boards, screening resumes from the careers website, attending career fairs and coordinating advertising for facility hiring needs.

Integrations are limited to the website and its backend APIs and content management layers, with the cloud environment serving as the hosting and compute tier for those business functions.
