Governance and process changes were driven by HRIS administration and data hygiene activities, documented through a Contract Administration Guide Book and sample templates, a PeopleSoft cleanup covering enrollments terminations and updates, and an SSS loan data cleanup. Operational responsibilities formalized in the rollout included HR administration of leave management tools manager reminders and standardized payroll and benefits processing procedures, with ongoing first level support and system administration handled by the local HR team.
