Operational coverage included HR service delivery, payroll processing, and manager approval workflows, while Workday Help, Knowledge, and Case Management supported employee inquiries and operational ticketing.
Governance relied on configuration-driven business processes and cross-functional agile delivery practices, with in-house configuration analysts documenting technical designs and coordinating changes with business users and technology teams. The implementation emphasized role-based approvals, embedded reporting, and case-managed support to operationalize absence policy administration within the Absence and Leave Management category.
