| Quadient | Legacy | Quadient Neopost IS-5000 | Mailing System | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Aloha United Way implemented Quadient Neopost IS-5000 as its primary Mailing System. The deployment centered on a physical Neopost postage machine and integrated mailing workflows used to generate weekly donor Thank You letters via an Andar data pull and to process outgoing mail. Functional capabilities configured included automated letter printing and metering, postage accounting for batch runs, and scheduled batch processing for outgoing correspondence. The Quadient Neopost IS-5000 was positioned to support donor communications and routine mailroom operations rather than enterprise document management.
Integrations were explicit, the Quadient Neopost IS-5000 consumed recipient batches from Andar to drive automated letter generation and postage metering. Operational coverage encompassed daily mail and bank runs, biweekly DAGs runs, and facilitation support for the monthly All Staff Meeting, with operational staff also providing front desk coverage, ordering and restocking supplies, and scheduling valet requests with Diamond Parking Service. Governance focused on scheduled data pulls from Andar, defined staff rotations for mail processing and front desk duties, and standardized daily outgoing mail procedures tied to the Neopost postage machine. Quadient Neopost IS-5000 served the Non Profit business functions of donor communications, mail operations, and postage expense tracking within Aloha United Way as the organization Mailing System.
