Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management was configured to align absence policies with payroll rules and to feed standardized absence data into payroll processing and reporting pipelines. Operational integration included orchestration with Oracle Time and Labor and connections to third party payroll vendors such as ADP and international payroll vendors, with reporting requirements and upgrade testing explicitly managed to maintain system integrity. The deployment covered payroll-adjacent operations supporting more than 2,000 employees across North America, Canada, Europe, and Asia, and was positioned to interface with HR Business Partners, Benefits, Compensation, Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit, and external vendors.
