Operational recordkeeping combined FIS GETPAID with Microsoft Excel, with finance teams using v-lookups and pivot tables to maintain organized and accurate records documenting collection efforts. Excel workbooks served as supplemental reconciliation and reporting artifacts supporting weekly aging reviews and collections audit trails for the corporate collections and finance teams.
Governance emphasized standardized documentation and reconciliation between FIS GETPAID outputs and Excel-based reports to ensure consistent collection process execution. The environment maintained organized and accurate records documenting collection efforts with the use of Microsoft Excel and FIS GETPAID.
