Integrations explicitly included real time charging through OCS and policy orchestration via PCRF, and the solution enabled end to end subscriber lifecycle functions from provisioning through billing and customer relationship management. Governance and rollout followed a compressed, one month go to market, with Alepo providing MSO and GTAC support alongside managed services to operationalize the platform. Outcomes reported in the case study include approximately 60,000 subscribers acquired in the first month and zero revenue leakage following launch, with Alepo Digital BSS operating as the central BSS platform for the initiative.
