Data synchronization and screening results feeds were routed into HR case files and onboarding records, enabling candidate demographic and hiring status alignment between Starlims Abbott eScreen and Workday while leveraging Accurate Background and Equifax for supplemental verification and screening support. Governance and operational control for the Starlims Abbott eScreen deployment were managed within existing HR processes, including an HR Generalist Binder and documented procedures for investigations, counseling, and compliance handling.
