Governance and process changes formalized a centralised AP mailbox for invoice intake, standardized scanning and filing workflows, and produced month end age analysis with explanations for outstanding items older than six months. The AP team used the SAP Concur Expense configuration to assist management accountants with multi currency VAT returns and to provide documentation support to auditors during year end.
