Connections to SmartIQ eForms and Microsoft Power Platform were part of the operational pattern, enabling downstream analytics, KPI reporting and regulatory reporting consumption from Maximo data.
Governance and operational ownership were formalized under a single asset management systems function accountable for strategy, governance and provision of services for Enterprise Asset Management and GIS. This governance scope included strategic ICT roadmaps, ICT regulatory submissions and operational process improvement activities, with IBM Maximo positioned as the core Enterprise Asset Management application supporting APA Group’s asset lifecycle and regulatory reporting processes.
