In 2017, AQPCI implemented Oracle Cloud HCM to establish a centralized Core HR platform for its Saudi Arabia operations. The Oracle Cloud HCM implementation targeted consolidation of employee master data and standardization of HR lifecycle processes across AQPCI, supporting an employee population of approximately 1,500.
The deployment emphasized Core HR functionality within Oracle Cloud HCM, including workforce directory and employee record management, HR lifecycle workflows such as onboarding and offboarding, absence and leave administration, and foundational talent and compensation configuration typical for Core HR systems. Configuration work included role based access controls, security domains, and business rule automation using HCM Fusion technical patterns to enforce consistent HR processes.
Evosys served as the systems integrator for the engagement, with a Technical Consultant focused on HCM Fusion responsible for technical design, environment provisioning, and solution configuration. The technical architecture was implemented on Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS, with emphasis on cloud tenancy configuration, environment segregation for development and production, and native reporting and analytics to support HR operational reporting.
Governance was established between AQPCI HR and IT stakeholders, with Evosys and the HCM Fusion technical consultant coordinating configuration governance, change management, and cutover sequencing. The rollout approach centered on phased function enablement inside Oracle Cloud HCM, aligning HR operations and administrative processes to the new Core HR application.
