Technical operations included administration and management of the SQL database, servers, Crystal Reports reporting, and ongoing systems administration for SAP Business One. Electronic billing capabilities were implemented and operated including validator and receiver components, and domain administration for aquaworld.com.mx was established to manage postal accounts and authentication for system services. Network and infrastructure responsibilities were brought into the program, encompassing IP switch management, network infrastructure, structured cabling, CCTV, IT security and firewall administration to support SAP Business One operations and point of sale continuity. Business functions directly impacted include finance and accounting, procurement, inventory and warehouse operations, HR payroll, ticketing and park operations, maintenance and retail fuel sales. Operational governance emphasized hands-on administration and cost control, with IT cost control and budget management processes and active negotiation with IT providers to secure pricing and service levels. The project delivered implemented and operational SAP Business One modules and AddOn projects, with ongoing administration of database, reporting and network infrastructure to sustain the ERP Financial environment.
