In 2014, Arab Tunisian Bank implemented Temenos T24 as part of a Core Banking program to modernize its banking infrastructure amid rapidly rising demand for online and mobile banking. The deployment targeted ATB's retail and corporate product portfolios to enable faster digital product delivery and service orchestration.
The implementation established a comprehensive digital banking platform built around Temenos T24 Transact, supplemented by Temenos Infinity, Temenos Data & Analytics, Temenos Payments and Temenos Financial Crime Mitigation. Temenos T24 was configured to provide core account processing, deposits and loans servicing, and to expose core services through the Infinity channel layer for digital delivery.
Architecturally the solution integrated the Transact core with channel and analytics layers, enabling online and mobile banking front ends to consume account, payments and customer data services, while the Data & Analytics component consolidated reporting and customer analytics. Payments and Financial Crime Mitigation modules were implemented to centralize transaction processing and compliance workflows within the same platform.
Arab Tunisian Bank worked with local Temenos partner Information Technology Solutions & Services to execute the implementation and govern configuration, testing and staged rollout across business units. The program was aligned to ATB's strategic objective of increasing revenues by 40 percent by 2020.
