Project execution and rollout were delivered in an agile structure, completed in one year across 10 epics, 221 stories, and three major releases. Configuration and governance work retired 100 Project fields, 29 agile fields, 64 change fields, and 34 demand fields, while consolidating five separate division flows into one common enterprise flow, and leaving a pipeline of 165 custom apps queued for future delivery.
Operational scope spans enterprise service delivery, research operations, and shared services, with ServiceNow AI Platform used to centralize service intake, scheduling, and request orchestration. The result is a unified service platform that delivers a consistent user experience, accelerates service access for staff and researchers, and acts as the glue for distributed teams working offsite.
