The role also managed time and stakeholder expectations, requested and managed BRD approvals, and worked alongside the Business Engagement Manager and project manager to drive requirements to completion, reinforcing Workday HCM configuration decisions.
On the IT alignment and architecture front the program proactively engaged IT stakeholders and subject matter experts, and requested formal approvals through Enterprise Architecture Review and Enterprise Data Review processes. Those governance activities informed solution configuration and ensured the Workday HCM implementation aligned with enterprise architecture and data review gates without naming specific integrations.
From a business architecture perspective the delivery produced high level business process diagrams to map the employee life-cycle, reshape HR workflows and define new governance touchpoints. Workday HCM became the Core HR platform for People & Culture, with structured BRD approval workflows and updated process diagrams guiding the rollout and ongoing operational governance.
