Integrations were explicitly managed, with ServiceNow used as the case tool for collecting requests and tracking projects, and with third party point solutions applied and integrated within Workday as part of the P&C technology landscape. The operational scope covered global P&C teams and cross functional stakeholders who submit cases through ServiceNow and rely on Workday for absence processing and employee self service.
Governance emphasized release management and change control, with the Senior Workday Analyst reviewing Workday new product releases, identifying R1 and R2 features for adoption, coordinating testing and demoing selected features to internal partners.
