The implementation supported People Hub administration and live chat triage workflows, enabling global People Team peers and on-site United Kingdom HR administrators to route nonroutine queries and maintain employee files and letters.
Governance and workflow changes emphasized a central administration model, with SLAs for first-line query response, triage to specialist People Team functions, and centralized generation of letters, references, and export control checks. The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off implementation reinforced structured absence governance and provided a single system of record for leave administration within Arm Holdings.
