In 2020 ASC implemented IFS ERP as the chosen ERP Financial platform to underpin a company-wide digital transformation and a planned digital shipyard transition. The program was scoped to strengthen enterprise resource planning capabilities across mission-critical sustainment and warship construction programs, with explicit emphasis on delivering integrated, real-time operational data to support Collins Class submarine sustainment.
The IFS ERP deployment delivered core ERP Financial capabilities alongside category-aligned supply chain, asset and maintenance workflow support to align finance, procurement and operations processes. Configuration work focused on transactional financial management, inventory and parts control, work order orchestration and role-based access to real-time operational data to enable improved decision-making across maintenance and sustainment workflows.
Integrations and ecosystem components were coordinated as part of the program, with Deloitte appointed as ASC’s implementation partner and Novacura and BluePrism engaged to extend workflow and automation capabilities. The rollout explicitly targeted alignment of ASC systems with its supplier base to enable tighter supplier integration and knowledge-sharing across Collins Class sustainment and broader naval construction programs, with workforce upskilling included in the program scope.
Program governance was run as a coordinated transformation program, delivering the IFS ERP enterprise backbone to enable an integrated digital shipyard architecture and operational standardization. Outcomes stated by ASC include expanded real-time data use, streamlined processes, strengthened ERP Financial controls and the creation of approximately 35 new jobs across South Australia and Western Australia to support sovereign sustainment of the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class fleet.

In 2004, ASC deployed PageUp ATS. ASC uses the PageUp ATS Applicant Tracking System embedded on its public careers site to capture candidate applications through an online application form and to manage core recruiting records.
The implementation focuses on applicant intake and candidate lifecycle management, leveraging common Applicant Tracking System capabilities such as job requisition posting, online application forms, candidate profile storage, configurable recruitment workflows, and status tracking. Configuration is oriented around presenting vacancies on ASC's careers pages and hosting the PageUp application form identified by the public apply URL.
Operational ownership is with ASC Talent Acquisition and HR functions, which use PageUp ATS to manage requisition approvals, screening statuses, shortlists, and interview scheduling within the platform. The deployment is surfaced directly through ASC's website apply workflow, enabling captured applications to flow into internal recruiting queues and candidate records.
Governance is implemented through the platform's role based access controls and workflow configuration to align hiring approvals and internal HR processes. No external system integrations were specified in the available information.
