In 2007, ASML implemented SAP Business Suite to centralize ERP Financial processes and to align manufacturing and supply chain operations. The SAP Business Suite deployment served as a primary ERP Financial platform, configured to support finance ledgers and transactional processing while connecting to operational modules that drive production and material flows.
Implementation covered discrete SAP modules including SAP PLM, MRS, SCM, PP, SD, CS, and MM, with configuration focused on product lifecycle management, master resource scheduling, supply chain coordination, production planning, sales order management, customer service workflows, and materials management. The configuration emphasized functional workflows typical for ERP Financial environments, including order to cash, procure to pay, planning to production, and product data governance within SAP Business Suite.
Adoption and governance were supported by structured training and knowledge transfer, with independent consultant–led SAP PLM, MRS, SCM, PP, SD, CS, and MM courses and workshops and general SAP overviews organized by SAP The Netherlands. Those training activities were used to establish role based proficiency, operational procedures, and standardized process documentation to support ongoing system administration and user enablement.
Operational scope included manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, sales, customer service, materials management, and finance teams at ASML in the Netherlands. The implementation positioned SAP Business Suite as the backbone for coordinating financial control and operational execution across those business functions.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 ASML implemented Workday Compensation as part of the HRizon program, aligning compensation processes with the broader Compensation Management strategy. The HRizon program sought to establish end-to-end people processes and future proof systems to deliver a consistent digital experience across the employee lifecycle, positioning Workday Compensation to support HR and talent management functions.
Workday Compensation was deployed alongside Workday Core HR, Workday Talent, Time and Attendance, and Workday Prism, with configuration efforts focused on compensation cycles, pay structures, eligibility rules, and integrated reporting models. Workday Prism was instrumented to consolidate workforce datasets and support compensation analytics and operational reporting tied to compensation planning.
A Data Migration and Reporting Analyst defined and executed the data migration strategy to Workday and participated in process design workshops to translate requirements into implementation and reporting specifications. Implementation activities included data mapping, cleansing, transformation, loading to Workday, and the design of Prism-based reporting models that codify compensation business rules.
The program was executed within a multi-year global HR transformation, with work centered in Veldhoven, Netherlands and engagement across HR process design teams to align governance and workflows. Workday Compensation, as deployed, serves HR, talent management, and payroll-adjacent workflows within ASMLs Compensation Management footprint.

| ISAH Business software | Legacy | ISAH ERP | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, ASML implemented ISAH ERP as a Manufacturing ERP to support manufacturing engineering and sustaining engineering activities. The deployment was positioned to document and control manufacturing processes tied to immersion hood sustaining work, Glue 2.0 PFMEA activities, and SOP, POD, and OPL documentation for production procedures.
ISAH ERP was configured to cover core Manufacturing ERP functional areas including production planning, bill of materials and shop floor control, quality management and statistical process control, and document control for standard operating procedures. The implementation captured PFMEA records and SOP/POD/OPL artifacts associated with specific programs such as Glue 2.0 and TCD 2.0 AK3, aligning quality workflows with production schedules.
Operational coverage focused on manufacturing engineering and sustaining engineering teams responsible for specification work on cleaning equipment, specifically washstraat and bake out specifications for NXE and Thermo Fisher product cleaning. The ISAH ERP instance was used to centralize specification documentation and to track the offer or quotation process for washstraat procurements, and it interoperated with Microsoft Office for documentation exchange and reporting.
Governance and workflow changes emphasized formalizing SOP and PFMEA governance inside ISAH ERP, embedding manufacturing process controls and SPC inputs into routine engineering sustainment tasks. Rollout activities were organized around program-level needs, with ISAH ERP serving as the system of record for process specifications, quality documentation, and shop floor execution within ASML manufacturing engineering.
