In 2018, Assisi Aged Care implemented Humanforce Time and Attendance (formerly TimeTarget) to centralize workforce time capture and rostering for its 100 employee operation in Australia. The implementation focused on a single enterprise Time and Attendance deployment to consolidate clocking data, roster creation, and timesheet approvals across clinical and support functions.
Humanforce Time and Attendance was configured with core temporal management capabilities including time capture and clocking, roster management, leave and absence tracking, approval workflows, and operational reporting exports. The configuration emphasized role based approval routing and audit ready time records, with reporting outputs formatted for downstream payroll and HR reconciliation.
Integrations were implemented to connect time data into the existing application landscape listed by the customer, including payroll interfacing with Pay Global and data exchange or exports involving PeoplePoint and e-Tools for staff records and rostering alignment. Reporting and operational extracts were produced for Microsoft Office consumption, and reference links were established to Redmap and RiskMan to align incident and asset related workflows with time and staffing records.
Governance for the Time and Attendance rollout assigned HR and payroll as primary process owners, established roster change controls and time approval policies, and introduced formalized timesheet signoff procedures to reduce manual reconciliation. Training and phased cutover were applied to operational teams to embed the new Time and Attendance processes and ensure compliance with internal rostering governance.
