Governance was managed through a programme management structure, with an HR solution architect and Programme Manager overseeing a series of HR projects that included Employee Central, LMS, Recruiting, Payroll, and Kronos Time & Attendance. Rollout and change control followed project governance principles, including staged configuration, testing cycles, and coordinated cutover across HR processes.

Business process mapping and business case scenario building supported proof of concept activity, enabling configuration trade offs and prioritization of change across maintenance, quality and document control functions.
