In 2015 Athol Credit Union implemented Fiserv Cleartouch Bank Platform for Core Banking. The deployment established the core banking backbone supporting operations, IT, project management, and compliance, with day to day ownership and continuous workflow improvements routed through the Vice President of Project Operations and the IT Officer.
The Fiserv Cleartouch Bank Platform implementation includes parameter configuration and rate management capabilities, user lifecycle administration for onboarding and offboarding employees from the core, and a governed cadence for updates and upgrades. Functional components administered as part of the Cleartouch deployment include Cleartouch Audit, Client-Central, Fiserv Retail Online and Mobiliti retail channels, Check Free Bill Pay PartnerCare, Compass external transfer, Eascorp Epayments, Deluxe Statement Advantage, and Websource Capture.
Integrations and operational tooling are explicitly managed across security, backup, and third-party IT providers. The environment is integrated operationally with SourcePass as third-party IT, Perch, BitDefender, and KnowB4 for security monitoring and awareness, Acronis for backup, and structured patch management processes. Operational practices include monitoring and documenting network changes, daily report review, and coordination with the Division of Banks during scheduled examinations.
