The SAP Concur Expense deployment was organized around standard expense management workflows, including submission, routing, auditing, and payment reconciliation, and integrated into AtriCure finance processes and approval hierarchies.
Governance was led from finance with a named Financial Project Manager providing project oversight and adoption support. AtriCure reported efficiencies and automation that allowed better utilization of head count resources and improved managerial access to reports in the field, reflecting streamlined expense processing and stronger auditability through Concur Audit.
