In 2017 Auchan implemented Oracle Cloud ERP under the FINE project to digitalize its financial processes across Auchan Retail International, using a mono instance architecture for ERP Financial. The program migrated financial operations from Oracle E-Business Suite and centralized core finance capabilities into Oracle Cloud ERP to provide a single instance for multi-country consolidation.
The implementation focused on core financial and procure-to-pay capabilities, with explicit workstreams for P2P, supplier referential management, purchase orders and receipts, supplier invoices and supplier accounting, in addition to handling accounting events and customer invoices. Functional responsibilities included solution design, configuration of standard Oracle Cloud ERP modules, and execution of user acceptance testing, reflecting an emphasis on process alignment and configuration-driven controls.
For Luxembourg and Russia the project integrated transactional data from all Auchan applications into Oracle Cloud ERP using ISIE, an inter-application data translation solution, to translate and route data flows such as accounting events, customer invoices, purchase orders and receipts, supplier invoices and employee records. The architecture centered on a centralized Oracle Cloud ERP instance with an inter-application translation layer to normalize disparate source formats and preserve consistent ledgers and supplier master data.

In 2020 Auchan Retail selected Extenda Retail to deploy the Extenda Hii Retail Cloud Platform across its French hypermarkets. The Extenda Hii Retail Cloud Platform, a Retail Management solution, was provisioned to deliver extended self-service checkout capabilities and to centralize checkout modalities.
