Ungerboeck EventBooking Legacy Ungerboeck Full Financials ERP Financial, Expense Management ERP Financial Management n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Australian Turf Club implemented Ungerboeck Full Financials to centralize financial operations. The deployment targeted core accounting and expense workflows under the ERP Financial,Expense Management category, supporting the club's finance function across its multiple racing venues and membership operations. The Ungerboeck Full Financials implementation was configured to deliver accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, cash management and expense management capabilities aligned to high transaction volume workflows. Configuration included deposit batching and posting to the cash book, handling of credit card and cash clearing accounts, processing of daily membership transaction upload files, and monthly reconciliation of membership balances. The implementation consumed and reconciled payment gateway artifacts explicitly referenced in operational procedures, including PayPal and BPay reports and card acquirer statements for AMEX, VISA, Mastercard and Diners. Bank statement downloads and distribution of supporting payment gateway reports were incorporated to enable attachment of supporting documents and to automate receipt posting into the cash book. Operational governance placed the Accounts Receivable Officer under the Senior Financial Accountant as primary owner for day to day finance processing, with documented processes for 100 percent deposit entry, banking preparation, reconciliation cadence and review and clearance of clearing accounts. Collections and debtor management workflows were established with weekly follow up to maintain debtors at no more than 60 days and a focus on continuous improvement of cash posting and reconciliation procedures.
