Oracle Legacy Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service Recruiting HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 Auto Warehousing Company implemented Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service to support Recruiting workflows and candidate onboarding. The work was led by the HRIS and Payroll organization which concurrently administered UltiPro, UltiPro Time/Workforce Management, Taleo Business Edition and Skillport while serving as the technical point of contact for Operations, Finance, HR and Payroll functional areas. Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service was configured to deliver core applicant tracking, requisition management, candidate screening and onboarding orchestration capabilities, aligning recruiting workflow templates and candidate status orchestration with downstream HR intake processes. Configuration emphasized electronic data handoff for onboarding to reduce manual entry and accelerate new hire provisioning. Integrations included Walton Management Services WOTC to automate new hire tax credit screening and to provide electronic data transfer during onboarding, and direct feeds into UltiPro for new hire provisioning and payroll setup. The HRIS team authored IBM Cognos queries that combined recruiting, workforce and payroll feeds to satisfy BI, audit and funding requirements, and the technical team managed bidirectional coordination across Operations, Finance, HR and Payroll for integration and testing. Operational coverage included US and Canadian employee populations and encompassed system administration, upgrades, patch testing and rollout coordination, with supervision of payroll administration staff. The implementation explicitly used Walton Management Services integration to gain onboarding efficiencies and leveraged IBM Cognos reporting to supplant outsourced reporting work.
